The following is an overview of the Blue Foliage, Inc. Unlimited Commercial Image License Terms & Usage Agreement for our PNG Clipart Stock Collection Images. Scroll down for the Full Terms and Usage Agreement.

You may use the PNG Clipart Stock Collection Images (“Clipart”) provided on BlueFoliage.com (“Website”) for PERSONAL or UNLIMITED COMMERCIAL USE.
OVERVIEW OF OUR PNG CLIPART STOCK COLLECTION
UNLIMITED COMMERCIAL USAGE
You can:
✔ You can use the Clipart on our Website for Personal or Unlimited Commercial Use
✔ You can use the Clipart images as part of a product that you sell
✔ There is no limit on the number of products you can create and sell with the Clipart
You cannot:
✘ You cannot copyright or trademark the Clipart
✘ You cannot use the Clipart in a logo
✘ You cannot sell, resell, share, or sublicense the digital Clipart files
✘ You cannot share the digital files of the Clipart
✘ You cannot claim to own the copyright of the Clipart
You may not share or distribute the digital art files of the Clipart (“Digital Files”) in any way that would allow other people to use the Digital Files of the Clipart without having a subscription to BlueFoliage.com themselves. Also, you may not copyright or trademark the Clipart in part or in whole or use the Clipart as part of a logo.
All rights, including copyright to the Clipart, belong to Jess Volinski / Erik DePrince of Blue Foliage, Inc.
If you end your subscription at any time, you still have the right to use the Clipart images you downloaded during your subscription.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on Subscriptions because of the nature of downloadable Clipart Products. However, if you have a problem with your subscription or an issue, please contact us.
BLUE FOLIAGE’S PNG CLIPART STOCK IMAGE COLLECTION FULL TERMS & USAGE AGREEMENT
This agreement applies to all PNG Clipart Stock Collection Images (“Clipart”) available on the BlueFoliage.com website.

1) This agreement is between the owners of Blue Foliage, Inc., who run the website BlueFoliage.com (the “Website”), and You (the "User"), who licenses and downloads PNG Clipart Stock Collection Images (“Clipart”). For the purpose of this agreement, “Clipart is defined as any digital stock images that appears on the Website that has been made available for download in our Stock Image Collection.”.
2) By downloading, printing, and/or using files from our site, you agree to the Clipart Image Usage Terms. You agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement, either for yourself or on behalf of your employer, and that you have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the Terms, You are not allowed to download or use any Clipart. By subscribing to our website and downloading the Clipart provided, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download the Clipart and do not subscribe to our Website.
3) You may not share the downloaded materials with anyone else who does not have a subscription to our Website.
4) All copyright and intellectual property rights to the Clipart are retained by Erik DePrince and Jess Volinski of Blue Foliage, Inc. You may not use the Clipart as part of a business name or in any logo or part of any trademark. You may not attempt to copyright or trademark any Clipart. In the event that you create a derivative work based on any of the Clipart images, all rights in and to such Clipart shall continue to be owned by Blue Foliage, Inc. and is subject to your rights to use such Clipart according to the terms set forth in this usage agreement.
5) Rights
By subscribing to our Website and downloading the Clipart, Blue Foliage, Inc. grants you perpetual, royalty-free, unlimited commercial Usage rights; however, You may never claim to own the Clipart purchased. You acknowledge that by downloading the Clipart from our Website, the Clipart copyright ownership DOES NOT get transferred to You. You MAY NOT claim that the Clipart belongs to You. Your license is non-transferable. This means that You are NOT allowed to sell, share, rent, lend, give, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the digital art files of the Clipart to anyone else in any way that would allow other people to use or distribute the digital files of the Clipart without licensing it themselves by having their own Subscription to our Website. If you end your subscription at any time, you still have the right to use the Clipart images you downloaded during your subscription, and you are still bound by this image usage agreement even if you end your Subscription.

7) Return/Refund Policy:
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on subscriptions to our site because of the nature of downloadable products. However, if you have a problem or an issue, please contact us with your so we can work with you to come up with the best possible solution.
8) Indemnification:
You agree to fully defend, indemnify and hold harmless Blue Foliage, Inc. and its employees, officers, shareholders, directors, and anyone else associated with Blue Foliage, Inc., and each of their successors against all claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to a breach of this Agreement, the use of this site and the use or the inability to use Clipart, your failure to abide by any of the terms and conditions regarding the use of Clipart, or any claim by a third party related to the use of Clipart.
9) Warranty and Liability:
THE CLIPART IS PROVIDED "AS IS". BLUE FOLIAGE, INC. DISCLAIMS, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS OF A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BLUE FOLIAGE, INC. DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE CLIPART WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER DAMAGING MATERIALS. BLUE FOLIAGE, INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE CLIPART WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. WHEN YOU SUBSCRIBE, DOWNLOAD, AND USE CONTENT, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.
BLUE FOLIAGE, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY GENERAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE (BLUEFOLIAGE.COM), PRINTABLES, OR CLIPART.
10) Blue Foliage, Inc. reserves the right to amend or change this agreement at any time.
