The following is an overview of the Blue Foliage, Inc. Personal Image License Terms & Usage Agreement for our Unlimited Printables. Scroll down for the Full Terms and Usage Agreement.

You may use the Coloring, Drawing, Activity, and Educations Pages (“Printables”) provided on BlueFoliage.com (“Website”) for PERSONAL (non-commercial) use ONLY.
OVERVIEW OF OUR UNLIMITED PRINTABLES USAGE
You can:
✔ You can use the Printables on our Website for Personal (non-commercial) use
✔ You can print an unlimited number of each Printable for personal use
You cannot:
✘ You cannot copyright or trademark the Printables
✘ You cannot sell, resell, share, or sublicense the Printables
✘ You cannot use the Printables as part of a product that you sell
✘ You cannot share the digital files of the Printables
You may print and/or download the Printables from our website an unlimited number of times.
You may not share or distribute the digital art files of the Printables (“Digital Files”) in any way that would allow other people to use the Digital Files of the Printable without having a subscription to BlueFoliage.com themselves. Also, you may not copyright or trademark the Printables in part or in whole or use the Printables as part of a logo.
All rights, including copyright to the Printables, belong to Jess Volinski / Erik DePrince of Blue Foliage, Inc.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on Subscriptions because of the nature of downloadable Printable Products. However, if you have a problem with your subscription or an issue, please contact us about the issue so we can work with you to come up with a solution.
BLUE FOLIAGE, INC.’S PRINTABLES FULL TERMS & USAGE AGREEMENT
This agreement applies to all Coloring, Drawing, Activity, and Educations Pages (“Printables”) available on the BlueFoliage.com website.

1) This agreement is between the owners of Blue Foliage, Inc., who run the website BlueFoliage.com (the “Website”), and You (the "User"), who licenses and downloads and/or prints digital printable coloring and activity pages (“Printables”). For the purpose of this agreement, “Printables” is defined as any digital printable coloring and activity page that appears on the Website that has been made available for download and/or printing.
2) By downloading and/or printing files from our site, you agree to the Image License Terms, You agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement, either for yourself or on behalf of your employer, and that you have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the Terms, You are not allowed to download any Printables. By subscribing to our website and downloading the Printables provided, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download the Printables and do no subscribe to our Website.
3) You may not share the downloaded materials with anyone else who does not have a subscription to our Website.
4) All copyright and intellectual property rights to the Printables are retained by Erik DePrince and Jess Volinski of Blue Foliage, Inc. You may not use the Printables as part of a business name or in any logo or part of any trademark. You may not attempt to copyright or trademark any of the Printable. In the event that you create a derivative work based on any of the downloaded Printables, all rights in and to such Printables shall continue to be owned by Blue Foliage, Inc. and is subject to your rights to use such Printables according to the terms set forth in this license agreement.
5) Rights
By subscribing to our Website and downloading or printing the Printables, Blue Foliage, Inc. grant you Personal Usage rights, however You may never claim to own the Printables purchased. You acknowledge that by downloading and/or printing Printables from our Websites the Printable ownership DOES NOT get transferred to You. You MAY NOT claim that the Printables belong to You. Your license is non-transferable. This means that You are NOT allowed to sell, share, rent, lend, give, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the digital art files of the Printables to anyone else in any way that would allow other people to use or distribute the digital files of the Printables without licensing it themselves by having their own Subscription to our Website.
6) You may make as many copies as you’d like of the Printables to use for peronal, non-commercial use but you MAY NOT remove the copyright information on the Printables.
7) Return/Refund Policy:
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on subscriptions to our site because of the nature of downloadable Printable products. However, if you have a problem or an issue, please contact us with your so we can work with you to come up with the best possible solution.
8) Indemnification:
You agree to fully defend, indemnify and hold harmless Blue Foliage, Inc. and its employees, officers, shareholders, directors, and anyone else associated with Blue Foliage, Inc., and each of their successors against all claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to a breach of this Agreement, the use of this site and the use or the inability to use Printables, your failure to abide by any of the terms and conditions regarding the use of Printables, or any claim by a third party related to the use of Printables.
9) Warranty and Liability:
THE PRINTABLES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". BLUE FOLIAGE, INC. DISCLAIMS, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS OF A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BLUE FOLIAGE, INC. DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE PRINTABLES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER DAMAGING MATERIALS. BLUE FOLIAGE, INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRINTABLES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. WHEN YOU SUBSCRIBE, DOWNLOAD, AND USE CONTENT, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.
BLUE FOLIAGE, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY GENERAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE (BLUEFOLIAGE.COM) OR PRINTABLES.
10) Blue Foliage, Inc. reserves the right to amend or change this agreement at any time.
